The HPT indicator is such a good tool as it really looks at all the dimensions of what makes up an effective team, from Trusted relationships, empowered mindset, stakeholders to clear direction.


Once the answers from the indicator were collated the team and I was debriefed in a team session, and we saw the output collectively and owned the results.
